As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, handling inbound customer calls and working remotely to assist customers with their orders and accounts. You'll not only provide assistance but also drive sales and promote products effectively. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
* Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment and maintain a professional demeanor
* Offer additional products to customers on each interaction, promoting careerzynith's offerings
* Assist customers with questions, personalizing the experience for each caller
* Resolve issues, confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
* Work closely with an assigned Customer Service Supervisor to ensure seamless customer support
* Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer issues as needed
**What You Bring**
* Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique customer situations
* Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
* Strong communication skills to interact with various customer styles, peers, and leaders
* Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens to assist customers
* Ability to sit for long periods and troubleshoot technical issues independently (with IT support when needed)
* Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
* Familiarity with careerzynith's computer system requirements and ability to follow them
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting rate of $15.00/hour
