**Job Summary**

* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks
* Developing leadership skills through training and mentorship programs
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Maintaining good customer relations and interacting effectively with all levels of management and employees
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks

**Qualifications**
