**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to guests from around the world, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Handle incoming contacts for a variety of careerzynith brands, assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels, including voice, email, and chat
* Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests
* Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
* Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with careerzynith properties, related company contacts, and third parties

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
* No related work experience required
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and communication tools

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or hospitality environment
* Knowledge of careerzynith brands and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
