* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve emergencies and escalate issues to suitable staff members
* Providing clients with relevant information to address unasked questions, such as additional plan details, benefit plan information, and self-service tools
* Explaining clients' freedoms and limitations as per contract, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and obligations

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, or healthcare)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
