As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you, and enjoy a dynamic work-from-home environment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer issues
* Meet or exceed sales targets and reduce churn by managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills
**What We Offer**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* Flexible 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
* All technical equipment needed to be successful to work remotely
