**Job Overview**

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. This role requires you to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks

**Physical Requirements**

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
