As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer issues
* Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**What We Offer**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
* All technical equipment needed to be successful to work remotely
