Your responsibilities will include: * Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and efficient manner * Professionally responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner * Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management as needed * Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome * Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently * Developing rapport with customers and providing solutions, not excuses * Engaging with customers in a friendly, confident, and positive manner **What We're Looking For** We're searching for confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
