Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, and following up on complicated customer interactions as required
Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
Developing rapport with customers and providing solutions, not excuses

Essential Qualifications:
1 year of customer service-related experience (preferably in a call center environment)

Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills

1 year of experience in a call center environment
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
