**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient assistance to customers
* Recommending products to customers and suggesting upgrades and complementary items
* Registering customer purchases on assigned sales register, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed; processing voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades as required
* Maintaining counters and retail areas clean and well-organized, taking stock, and keeping records
* Checking in and pricing stock as needed or as directed by the shift leader or store manager
* Carrying out organizational resource protection methods to identify and minimize loss
* Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and alcohol products)
* Developing and maintaining displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special designs, and restocking as directed
* Assisting with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by procedures/systems (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
* Having working knowledge of store systems and equipment
* Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and creative machine, and selling special photo products
* Taking on web order responsibilities (screening orders in Picture Care, handling requests, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store)
* Assisting with external and internal support by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-maintained store environment and appearance
* Conforming to all organizational policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
* Completing unique tasks and other assignments as directed
**Preparation and Self-Awareness**
* Attends training and completes PPLs as mentioned by the store manager or assigned by corporate
* Fundamental Capabilities:
+ Should be conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
+ Expects a willingness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
* Preferred Capabilities:
+ Lean towards having six months of experience in a retail environment
+ Like to have prior work experience with arenaflex
+ Prefer to be conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
+ Expects the ability to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
