**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing support and guidance to our clients, helping them to resolve issues and achieve their objectives. You will work closely with our team of experts, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects, to provide proactive and reactive support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, providing training, support, and analysis to help them get the most out of our services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects to provide proactive and reactive support to clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives
* Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of our services, including AWS services such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
* Analyze client issues and provide recommendations for resolution, working closely with our team to implement solutions
* Collaborate with other teams, including Sales and Marketing, to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and support to clients

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Communications, or Computer Science
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or IT environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide recommendations for resolution
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a cloud computing environment, preferably with AWS
* Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices
* Certification in a relevant field, such as CompTIA or AWS
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
