* Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour, plus a $310 certification bonus
* Participate in a fast 20-hour certification program to become a TurboTax Product Expert
* Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available
* Build your own schedule with flexible hours, with a minimum of 30 hours per week required
* Work with a dedicated team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) who will support and advocate for you
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers with TurboTax products and tax return software, including downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing
* Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, and use this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to customers
* Collaborate with SMEs and MPS to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
**Preferred Qualifications:**
