Your key responsibilities will include: * **Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.** * **Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.** * **Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.** * **Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.** * **Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.** * **Providing feedback on call issues.** * **Upselling if required.** **We're Looking for Fearless People** We're seeking individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
