You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, empathetic, and professional. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and we're looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn. **Responsibilities** * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times * Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently * Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat * Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary * Stay up-to-date on our products and services, ensuring that you can answer customer questions confidently * Process orders, forms, applications, and requests, maintaining accurate records and following up with customers as needed * Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using this information to improve our customer service process * Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary, ensuring seamless teamwork and collaboration * Provide feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions * Manage a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed **Position Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for answering questions and resolving issues based on phone calls, letters, and other forms of communication from members, providers, and plan sponsors.
