As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our customers, resolving their inquiries, and building strong relationships with them. You'll work from home, full-time, and will be required to have a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, including resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and building relationships with customers and colleagues * Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals * Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other software applications to manage customer information and communicate with colleagues * Meet or exceed performance expectations, including handling a high volume of calls and resolving customer issues efficiently **Requirements** * 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience * Must live within 2 1/2 hours of commutable distance of the Rapid City, SD location * Confidence using a computer, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other software applications * Be 18-years-old or older * Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process * New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles * Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post * All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from their manager to post (or the approval of their manager and HR if they don't meet the time in position or performance expectations) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center environment * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and other software applications * Ability to manage information in multiple windows and type while talking * Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Outlook and other software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees achieve their career goals.
