If you're an active listener, a skilled problem-solver, and a driven individual who excels at handling customer inquiries of varying types, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** - Handle inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and solutions to their inquiries - Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs - Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn - Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you in your role - Leverage leading technologies and systems to deliver efficient and effective customer service - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being and career growth of our employees.
