**Position Purpose:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, answering inbound phone calls for our clients' members and providing exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing exceptional service to our clients' members
* Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services
* Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
* Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, including call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
* Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making, ensuring that customer needs are met while adhering to arenaflex's high standards
* Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers
* Responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required
* Ability to accept and embrace changes within the current business environment, adapting to new processes and technologies as needed
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
* Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a wired Ethernet connection and high-speed internet access (at least 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speeds)
* Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens
* Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
* Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
* Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
* Meet all attendance and dependability requirements, with a strong track record of punctuality and reliability
