**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, assisting millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience
* Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
* Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
* At least 6 months of healthcare experience
