You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to achieve generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, all while maintaining a patient-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Interact with patients to influence generic utilization and therapy changes, providing education and resolving queries in a professional and empathetic manner. Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients remain on their prescribed medications, enhancing their adherence and compliance to therapies. Handle incoming and outgoing calls to patients, clients, and other stakeholders, proactively gathering necessary information while providing top-notch customer service. Utilize your knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement requirements to dispense information, process new referrals, and identify potential issues for escalation to pharmacists. Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting, with a proven track record of handling customer queries over the phone. A verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
