As a key member of our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, you'll provide exceptional telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. If you're passionate about delivering compassionate care and have a knack for resolving complex customer needs, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy * Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits * Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system * Communicating and collecting copay amounts * Obtaining authorizations from insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams * Screening, identifying, resolving, and deferring orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues * Collaborating with internal partners to ensure timely processing of specialty medications and meet financial and clinical expectations **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications * One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude * Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** * Pre-existing healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology * Strong communication and problem-solving skills **Work Schedule and Location** * Must reside in Florida and within 75 miles of the Specialty location at 9310 Southpark Center Loop, Orlando, FL 32819 * Available work schedules: 11:30am - 8pm EST and 12:30pm - 9pm EST **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive pay range: $17.00 - $25.65 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits * Eligibility for 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Fully-paid term life insurance plan and short-term and long-term disability benefits * Well-being programs, education assistance, free development courses, and CVS store discount * Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that supports your growth and well-being.
