About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a primary point of contact for our clients, financial representatives, and supporting staff members, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, financial representatives, and supporting staff members, providing exceptional customer service and support Align with quality and productivity metrics specific to your team's product and service benchmarks Demonstrate a strong commitment to collaboration and shared success Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including insurance, investment, and financial markets Utilize analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and exercise sound judgment Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improve the customer experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred 2+ years of operations and/or service experience in the financial services industry FINRA licensure preferred (SIE, Series 6 & 63) Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment Knowledge of insurance, investment, or financial markets Aptitude for understanding technology and how software, systems, and applications influence the customer experience Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support Strong understanding of FINRA regulations and guidelines Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a changing environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
