Our team is comprised of passionate, like-minded individuals who share a common goal: to make a lasting impact on our customers' lives. **Job Summary** As a WDW Resorts Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and reservation support to users of the Disney Resorts website. You'll be the first point of contact for Walt Disney World guests and cast members, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations. With a focus on delivering personalized, knowledgeable, and friendly service, you'll be the embodiment of the arenaflex spirit. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to Walt Disney World guests and cast members via phone, email, and chat * Answer questions and resolve issues related to Disney Resorts reservations, including lodging, dining plans, tickets, air, packages, and more * Match guests' wishes and desires with relevant Walt Disney World products and services * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary * Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support and ensure a positive customer experience * Stay up-to-date on Disney Resorts offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and informed support * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time **Capabilities of Top Candidates** * Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Displays patience, empathy, and an ability to manage stress, with a focus on delivering calm and composed service * Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Provides knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service, with a focus on building rapport and trust with guests * Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in high-volume, fast-paced environments **Eligibility Requirements** * Must not have a termination on file from any Disney program * Must not be a current Disney cast member * Must not be currently enrolled in or servicing in a Disney program * Must have at least 30 days elapsed since last enrollment in a Disney class * Must not be an Earmarked Travel Agent or Travel Agent that books Disney **Work Environment and Schedule** * Work as a remote contractor, with the ability to work from home or a designated remote location * Flexible schedule, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, evening, morning, and night shifts * Rotating shifts, with the ability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends * Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 60 hours per week **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive hourly rate of $10.00 per hour * Flexible schedule, with the ability to work a variety of shifts and hours * Referral program, with incentives for successful referrals * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth and Learning Opportunities** * Opportunity to develop and refine your customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Ability to work with a variety of teams and departments, with a focus on building relationships and collaborating to deliver seamless support * Access to training and development programs, with a focus on helping you grow and succeed in your career * Opportunity to work with a company that's dedicated to innovation and excellence, with a focus on delivering world-class customer experiences **How to Apply** If you're a friendly, travel-enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
