Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative position at arenaflex is designed to deliver consultative customer service that consistently meets or exceeds the company's standards of excellence and customer expectations. This role is pivotal in creating an effortless customer experience through phone interactions, addressing product inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing support to store and field partners, resolving customer conflicts, and escalating issues when necessary. The ideal candidate will take ownership of customer issues, ensuring complete end-to-end resolution by leveraging all available resources.

Key Responsibilities

Communication (5%): Respond to email, chat, and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care and attention to detail.
Customer Service (65%): Utilize a uniform script to place outbound calls to customers from leads generated through various marketing sources. Key activities include scheduling new appointments, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments by validating customer information and project qualification.
Other (5%): Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the team and the organization.
arenaflex Process & Policy (25%): Answer inbound calls from internal and external customers referred through store associates, internet leads, or other sources. Activities include scheduling new appointments, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments by validating customer information and project qualification, ensuring adherence to arenaflex's processes and policies.


Management and Team Structure
This position typically reports to a Contact Center Supervisor and does not have any direct reports. The role is integral to the Virtual Apron Support Team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Travel and Physical Requirements
The role does not require travel, and most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location. There may be occasional needs to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds), but such conditions are not frequent or objectionable.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently manage and document customer interactions and other tasks.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers, showcasing excellent conflict resolution skills.
