**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through various digital and phone modalities, including phone, chat, social media, and email
* Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Follow all customer service procedures, best-practices, and policies
* Action all digital and phone contacts, while staying within SLA (service level agreement) times for all mediums
* Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines
* Collaborate with management and administration to complete additional duties and tasks as required
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school degree or equivalent
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field
* Social media experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

* Previous experience in a virtual or remote call center environment
