Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Providing accurate and helpful information about our services and benefits * Building strong relationships with members and stakeholders * Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member experience **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to pass a background check * Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, highly desired ( immediate $1 per hour bump in pay) **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and growth of our employees.
