**Key Responsibilities**
As an Independent Contractor with careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
* Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
* Basic typing skills and computer literacy
* Strong customer service and written skills
* Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
* Familiarity with multiple systems, programs, and screens
* Basic knowledge of customer service software and technology
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
