**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or virtual environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* U.S. citizenship or current approval to work in the U.S. required
