**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound calls from customers inquiring about their service, bills, power outages, and other issues

* Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

**Required Skills and Knowledge**
* 2+ years of experience in complex customer service, preferably in the utility industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
* Strong technical skills, with proficiency in software applications and tools relevant to the role
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
