* Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
* Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and members
* Provide leadership development opportunities to team members
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
* Exceptional customer service and association skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
* Upbeat and beneficial mindset, with a positive energy and attitude

* Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK
* Customer Service and/or Consumer Sales experience preferred
