Our company culture is built on a foundation of integrity, self-motivation, and a desire for professional growth and development. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to our benefits offerings. You will also have the opportunity to upsell additional benefits to interested customers, but only if they express a desire to do so.
