**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist (REMOTE WORK)**

With direct relationships with over 20,000 union associations around southern California, we're dedicated to helping our clients navigate the complex world of benefits and providing them with the support they need to succeed. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our clients to identify additional benefits that may be of interest to them, but only if they desire to opt in for these services. This is not a sales role, and we don't engage in cold calling.
