**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote position within the central time zone. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing empathetic and compassionate support to our members, providers, and communities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused.
* Utilize knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to resolve issues and provide information, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed support.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

**Training and Development**

* Virtual training will be conducted for 9 weeks, with a focus on Benefit & Eligibility training (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST).
* Following the initial training, you'll participate in an additional 12 weeks of training to further develop your skills and knowledge.

**Permanent Schedule**

* Monday to Friday, 8:10 am to 4:40 pm (CST)

**Requirements**

* 1+ years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
* Proficiency in computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
* High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).
* Experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location.

**Compensation and Benefits**

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour.
