As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through online chat, phone, and email support. **Key Responsibilities**

As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner

* Documenting customer interactions accurately in our system
* Working with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* No prior experience necessary – full training provided
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using computers and learning new software tools

* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
