**Key Responsibilities**

As a TikTok Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing timely and effective solutions to user issues and concerns.
* Troubleshooting user problems, including account access, content violations, or app functionality issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
* Educating users on TikTok features, policies, and best practices, helping them to get the most out of their experience on the platform.
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly documented and resolved.

**Qualifications**
