**Key Responsibilities**

As a TikTok Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns.
* Troubleshooting user issues, including account access, content violations, or app functionality problems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
* Educating users on TikTok features, policies, and best practices, ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience on our platform.
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided, using data to inform and improve our customer support processes.
* Delivering a positive customer experience while meeting performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor's degree is a plus).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or tech support is preferred, but not required.
