**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Temporary Remote Position at blithequark**

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding support to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues with empathy, tact, and patience. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service via phone, email, SMS, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications. You will build and develop valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. If the local minimum wage is higher than $20 per hour, then the pay rate will be the local minimum wage. This position is eligible for 401(k) and other benefits as required by state or local law.
