As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. If you're a quick learner, possess excellent communication skills, and are available to work a variety of shifts, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner * Following established communication scripts to ensure accurate and consistent responses * Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives * Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls * Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times * Providing positive and professional interactions with customers **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience * Previous 3-6 months of call center or office background experience (a plus) * Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must be 18 years of age * A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws **Work Environment and Requirements** As a BYOD position, you'll be responsible for providing your own equipment and workspace. You'll need: * A dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection * Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet is required to support business needs) * A laptop or desktop computer that meets the following hardware and software requirements: + Processor: Intel Core i5-8250U Series or greater + Memory: 8GB on Windows 10/11 64 bits + Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, dual monitors required + USB DSP headset + Up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform and a recent scan completed + Firewall enabled + Hardwired to your modem or router (no Wi-Fi or extenders) **Pay and Benefits** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights and weekends) * Work hours: Shifts between 8:00am-8:00pm (EST), with a rotation of every other weekend * Paid training: Typically 2-5 days in length, from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST) * Status: Full-time or part-time temporary, with 16-40 hours per week * Must be available to work 9/29-10/1 **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
