**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately entering and maintaining sales orders, and processing paperwork for daily shipments.
* Coordinating customer requests, including quoting and tracking expedite orders.
* Communicating product details and updates with customers via phone and email.
* Monitoring customer portals to ensure timely response to order changes and requests.
* Supporting production scheduling, handling Return Material Authorizations, and preparing regular management reports.
* Assisting with data analysis, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2-4+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing.
* Strong Excel and computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's or relevant 2-year degree required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Knowledge of inventory management systems.
