**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and processing calls from patients and healthcare providers
* Gathering information from callers and relaying it to clinicians
* Providing empathetic and professional support to callers in various emotional states
* Enhancing customer care skills through training and development programs
* Working collaboratively with the careerzynith team to ensure seamless communication and support
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements apply)
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
* Evening, weekend shifts, and holiday work required (paid at time ½)
* Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
* A personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
