**Key Responsibilities**
As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving and processing calls from patients and families
* Gathering information from callers and relaying it to our clinicians
* Providing empathetic and professional support to callers in a variety of situations
* Working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes and occasional downtime
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to patient confidentiality guidelines
* Enhancing customer care skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 18 years of age
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
* Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
* Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
* A personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment
* A background check and federal work-eligibility check will be conducted as part of the interview process
