**Job Responsibilities**
As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving initial calls from patients and gathering essential information
* Relaying information to clinicians to ensure seamless care coordination
* Providing empathetic and professional support to callers, navigating challenging situations with ease
* Enhancing customer care skills through ongoing training and development
* Contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to changing call volumes and priorities
**Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Accurate keyboard and typing skills, meeting minimum requirements
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
* Evening, weekend shifts, and holiday work required (paid at time ½)
* Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
* A personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment
* A background check and federal work-eligibility check will be conducted as part of the interview process
**Preferred Qualifications**
