**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
* Responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and promoting products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
* De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and exploring all options to satisfy their needs.
* Identifying root causes of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.
* Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills in both English and Spanish.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.
* Proven record of great attendance.
* Ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, experience in sales or hospitality, as well as bilingual skills in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
