You will be responsible for coordinating with patients, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers via phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of complex issues
* Coordinate with patients to confirm and update benefits, resolve billing and insurance issues, and obtain necessary approvals
* Assist patients in deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into the pharmacy data system, including conveying and collecting copay sums
* Work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and approve orders with records of sales or clinical issues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, orders, and resolutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via phone
* One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications
* One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and fitness
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Healthcare work experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, medications, and clinical terminology
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
