If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we invite you to join our team as a CSR. **Key Responsibilities** As a CSR at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: • Responding to inquiries received through phone and/or e-mail from customers about the Specialized Services and scheduling approved household waste pickups. • Communicating concise and accurate information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of program guidelines and services. • Utilizing authorized systems to gather information, provide updates, and maintain customer records, ensuring seamless communication and data management. • Producing reports as requested by management, providing valuable insights to drive business growth and improvement. • Confirming understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests, and addressing them promptly and professionally. • Organizing, creating, and mailing participant kits prior to scheduled pickup dates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of essential materials. • Performing outbound call campaigns as needed, further contributing to the program's outreach and effectiveness. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: • A High School Diploma or equivalent (accredited). • Three (3) years of relevant work experience in a customer service or call center environment, handling customer requests, account or order changes, and issues. • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. • Strong keyboarding skills and professional phone etiquette, ensuring seamless communication with customers. • Ability to handle stress and multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently. • Energetic and tenacious achievement orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Ability to react well under pressure and treat others with respect, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. • Good time management skills to prioritize and plan work activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects. • Focus on solving conflicts and listening to others without interrupting, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment. • Consistent attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results. • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, adapting to the dynamic nature of the work environment. • Adaptability to frequent changes in the work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the organization. • Experience using a CRM system, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles. **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, experience in a call center environment handling customer service issues and familiarity with household waste management services would be beneficial in this role. **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short Term Disability coverage, ensuring your physical and financial well-being. • Stock Purchase Plan, providing opportunities for long-term financial growth and investment. • Company match on 401K, helping you build a secure retirement fund. • Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Personal Days, allowing you to recharge and enjoy time off with loved ones. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
