**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Solar and Home Improvement Loans, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to customers seeking assistance with their solar and home improvement loans. Your primary duties will include:
* Promptly answering all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, determining the nature of the caller's request
* Providing outstanding service by answering questions and assisting with a wide range of support related to their solar system or loan application
* Assisting customers with payment and billing questions
* Communicating and coordinating with internal departments as needed
* Following up on customer interactions
* Performing customer identity verifications
* Documenting customer interactions with concise and detailed account notes

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues related to solar and home improvement loans
* Assist customers with payment and billing questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed to resolve customer issues
* Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

**Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required**
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
* At least six months recent call center experience required
* High school graduate or equivalent

* Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize
* Experience with CRM required (salesforce preferred)
* Analytical and data-driven
* Ability to work well independently
