The Role As a Customer Service Representative and Social Media Creator at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating engaging content for our social media channels. You will work from home and be responsible for: Providing top-notch customer service via phone calls and chats, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Creating high-quality video content for our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns using tools like Blender for 3D design. Designing and developing engaging social media posts, reels, and TikToks that showcase our brand's personality and style. Collaborating with our team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for social media content and customer service. Available Shifts We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your academic commitments. The available shifts are: Monday Call Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 1:00 P.M. EST Tuesday Chat Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 12:00 P.M. EST Thursday Chat Shift: 2:00 P.M. EST - 6:00 P.M. EST Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should: Be a currently enrolled college student with a strong academic record. Ideally be majoring in graphic design, marketing, or a business-related field. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Have experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Be familiar with social media platforms and content creation tools like Blender, Canva, or similar. Be able to work independently in a remote setting and manage your time effectively. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
