Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative –Senior Care Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing empathetic support and assistance. Your role is crucial in ensuring our seniors receive the care they deserve.You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, gathering and verifying demographic information, using problem-solving skills to identify and address caller needs, documenting interactions accurately, and providing reassurance and support to callers.
