Your impact will be significant, as you help maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty, directly contributing to arenaflex's success. **The Role and Your Impact:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Managing customer inquiries via our ticketing system, Gorgias, and over the phone * Updating customer records in the system, including notes about interactions * Ensuring customer satisfaction by acknowledging and resolving customer complaints with empathy * Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary * Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude This is a temporary, seasonal position with 20 hour work weeks, and potential to flex up in hours during our peak weeks.
