Our purpose is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and we're committed to making a difference every day. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative - Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting customers by coordinating the scheduling of service work orders, including fire inspections, CO inspections, and annual recurring inspections. You'll answer inbound phone calls and emails to schedule service, contact customers regarding trouble notifications, and attempt to resolve and/or schedule service when needed. This is a remote work position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate with customers and schedule service work orders to include fire inspections, CO inspections, and other annual recurring inspections, while maintaining efficient routing and reducing backlog. * Review and research accounts based on notification of trouble conditions from ADC, Alarmnet, Uplink, and other related items, contact customers, and provide technical support to resolve and/or schedule as needed, including any warranty and device replacements. * Support field service technicians as needed. * Discuss referral programs with customers, gather information, or direct customers to arenaflex's website. * Discuss new products and offerings with customers. **Key Requirements** * High School diploma or equivalent with one to two years of relevant customer service or scheduling experience. * Creative thinking - able to receive information from various sources and tie together as if putting together a puzzle. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding customer service. * The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. * Ability to complete tasks accurately and within strict time constraints. * Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment. * Excellent attention to detail, computer, and organizational skills. * Experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus. **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities. * Comprehensive "Total Rewards" package, including: + Remote work flexibility. + Medical, dental, and vision coverage. + Company-paid life and AD&D insurance. + Company-paid short- and long-term disability. + FSA/HSA Plans. + Voluntary benefit products. + 401k retirement savings plan after just 60 days. + Paid time off for vacation, sick, and floating holidays. + Tuition reimbursement. * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative security and smart automation solutions. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. **Our Values** * Win as a team. * Do the right thing. * Make a difference every day. * Get it done. * Think big.
