Job Overview The Customer Service Representative at arenaflex serves as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, responsible for managing all aspects of account management, sales activities, and order management. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of sales, customer support, and technical skills, with a focus on providing timely and accurate solutions to our customers' needs. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work from our office a minimum of 2 times a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. Key Responsibilities Selling and Customer Support Activities: Provide exceptional customer service, achieve sales goals, and contribute to the team's achievement of service metrics and customer service goals. Account Management: Manage all customer interactions, including incoming calls, emails, and chat requests, to resolve issues, provide information, and identify sales opportunities. Order Management: Configure components to identify or clarify customer solutions, complete outbound calls and emails to customers, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Sales and Negotiation: Recognize and route proactive sales opportunities to management, probe for add-on/solution selling opportunities, and advise customers on product options and solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with customers, consultants, and designated contacts, ensuring satisfaction with services and perpetuating a best-in-class reputation. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1 year's previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a related industry. Effective telephone, chat, and email techniques, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in personal computing, keyboarding/data entry, and moderate knowledge of Excel. Strong organizational skills, basic sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly valued: Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and customer service tools. Certification in customer service or a related field. Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
